We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, bleaching, excessive heat, improper washing, chemicals, products, styling techniques, or improper maintenance.
If you choose to chemically process, alter, cut, color, bleach, install, or otherwise modify the hair, you assume responsibility for the results.

Custom wigs, customized units, and other personalized products may require additional processing time.
Because customized products are created specifically for the customer, they may be subject to additional restrictions regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, color selections, customization requests, and other information required to complete a custom order.
